Old school style pro tournament

So after coming back from my 4 year intermission I've noticed that there's only noobs around here(best player in the league is blanci, lol  ). I'm looking for some real challenge, and call forth all the pros for one last tournament of the ages to see who truly has the biggest

Just posting to say that Dragunov jumped the gun here by adding my name. Like I told him via Skype, I'll decline for now and sign up later if I change my mind.

I hope the tourney works out. I'm just not sure I have the time for this.

If you're making it whoever is the best 1v1 player, plus with our limited playerbase, might want to make the initial stage like, a round robin thing or something.  Single Elim is weird when you only have like 8 people and whatnot.  Or make it best 2 out of 3 or something.  As always, I can find or make good maps for a tourney if you need em.

I can probably play too, just can't do anything as soon as today or tomorrow on that front.

8 players is looking rather optimistic at this point, and I get what you're saying: we'd need 16 to 32 players for a good tounry, though your idea for a round robin is a good idea, and I'll probably implement it if I can't garner a good pool of players.

That'd be awesome - you make fun maps to play on, but first we gotta see if there's any interest in something like this anymore.

Yeah pretty much. Like I said, I'm away right now helping relatives, and also getting my car fixed, so I'll be in and out today and tomorrow. But thinking over it now, I'm definitely up for a tournament at some point in the future. I honestly just need to do more AWBW advertisement when I get back, along with helping out the CWT team with some stuff.
