Games in the Waiting Public with no players

Originally I thought it the result of leaving the game without deleting. But after a series of tests I found myself wrong. So how did such accidents happen? It's no good having so many games which we can never play.

The games without players are set up to be that way.
It's to have games with good settings open for anyone to join.
After both player slots are filled, the one who created the game will start it.
For a while, Mori (Sakuya) did that. Not sure who's creating them now.

Yeah they're games meant for players to join just for practice and testing purposes. They're named Z-Games so that they're at the bottom of the public games page and don't interfere with manually-made games. I made most of them and usually try to start them as soon as they get filled.
