League Tier List Thread

This is a general League Tier List thread.  This includes, but is not limited to, Pro Tune Gaming and Reign of Gaming Tier list discussion.  Keep in mind that League is just as much based on team composition as it is individual lane and jungle matchups.  High ranking champions on tier lists for League are generally champions that are strong in most, if not all, common team compositions, as well as strong in their relevant individual lane and/or jungle matchups, and of course, usually have strong winrates that correlate with this data.  These are educated guesses that aim to distinguish strong picks from weak picks as cleanly as possible.

This is not a complaint thread.  This is a discussion thread.  However, you can discuss what champions you feel are too strong or too weak in your own opinion, certainly.  Just avoid blind complaints without reasoning behind them.
