Bug in League Game

Good night everbody,
I'm currently in a league game at Pancake Hills, and I have a problem, I cannot create a unit in the central airport, if I touch it, nothing happens. What can I do?

If you check the original map, you will find that the centre airports have predeployed OS bbombs on them. Since OS does not have an HQ the bbombs will disappear. Still the tile is 'ghosted' and you can not deploy/unload units onto the tile. So the centred airports can only be used for refuelling and repairing.
