So, minor bug, nothing serious (or a possibly interesting map concept). I'm currently running a game on my map forest cult at the moment with fog and rain.
For map visual:

Sturm is in the center making his movement advantage almost broken. That is except for one spot. Broken pipe seams. As it is a known glitch that all players can see pipes and seams (excluding pre-broken seams of course), this is not the issue. It is simply that Sturms movement power is negated on broken seams still costing his units extra movement points during rain. I do not know if there is a similar effect on the pre-broken seams.

Anyway, hopefully this hasn't already been covered, but I just wanted to make it apparent anyway.

I suppose that's a possibility, but I do not know. I just figured "Terrain cost is 1 on all terrain (except in snow)" meant "Terrain cost is 1 on all terrain (except in snow)". It would be interesting if the pre-broken seams had the same effect though. At least for me, I like maps with specific conditions i.e. specific COs and such; negating Sturm's movement might be a good tool.

If it's not a bug, don't mind me, haha.
