The AI is terrible, and there's not really much of a multiplayer from what I've read. I just checked on my iphone and it doesn't have any ratings, so I'm not really sure I wanna blow 2$ on a strategy game with no community, and a meh single player experience.

Space-cows is another dead community, and I find myself unagreeable with the the mechanics(though that might be a result of playing AW for about a decade).

Neither are competitive to a degree that I enjoy, but for others who want a casual TBS experience, why not?

For me, I just play chess.com app on my phone for my TBS needs.

Could we get gameboy advance emulators and connect up with them via the internet?

You can save in your emulator and then upload it somewhere.
the next player downloads, plays and uploads again.
It's not really a good solution, though.

That works with hamachi. Not quite ideal in my opinion but if you are wanting to play the gba games with people online then this is probably the tool you are looking for.

need emulator on phone that can play over internet :/
