DDO

Anyone play DDO? I was about to TR my character on that. Would love to do the early quests with someone I know. Or someone I semi know. Or someone who knows the guy who made this forum who is someone who some people I know know better than I know.
I'm thinking maybe Cleric. Got my healing equipment saved up from being a SpellSinger Heal/CC. Already tried Favored Soul, I think I want to Turn Undead this time.

Oh man, some of my friends tried to get me into this game a while ago but I never really had the time. As vague as a question as this could be, how is it? I know a decent amount about D&D in general, if that would help me.

I have little experience in other MMORPG's, I do not know how to compare it. I can only say that I am enjoying it. And that from what I've heard, you don't spend forever trying to get to places like in WoW.

Though as "free" as you would expect a "free" MMORPG to be, it is genuinely free to try to for the first time, so I would guide you through character creation and the low level quests if you'd like to try. Knowing DnD 3.5 will help, it's based on that, though there are important differences that will just require experience. Give me a character class or role you like and I'll advise accordingly.

Pathfinder, DnD 3.5, and ADnD are my joints.
