Reports, New Categories, New Moderators

I've been adding a ton of stuff to the site, since we're getting a decent amount of traffic going. Here's a list of a few of them.

There's a new report system for posts. You can use this to report stuff like illegal content, hate language, harassment, etc. Please do not abuse this feature, all reports will be recorded, reviewed, and taken seriously by moderators.
There's a ton of new forum categories and threads, based on the various potential interests of many of the newer users, with more to come. We'll see which stick and which don't.
There's a new moderator around, Old Gregg. Yay.
The Smilies are being added to and reorganized. Have fun with those.
